“大家都来赛”影像创作活动

2021中国（上海）国际青少年校园足球邀请赛即将于今年暑期焕新开启，这是我国成功遏止新冠疫情的蔓延传播并进入防控常态化背景下以全新形式举办的一届国际性青少年体育运动赛事。为丰富和延展2021中国（上海）青足赛活动内涵，鼓励广大青少年关注足球运动，弘扬校园足球文化，倡导敢于拼搏、超越自我的体育精神，2021青足赛将设立“大家都来赛”足球文化影像媒体创作活动，以丰富的影像视角捕捉和呈现各国、各地区青少年开展足球竞技的精彩瞬间，反映本届青足赛线上线下、赛场内外运动员之间多元文化的交往、交流与交融。   一、参与对象 历年及本年参加青足赛的运动员、领队、教练；喜爱足球运动的广大青少年；热爱足球运动，关心青少年足球发展的社会各界人士。   二、活动内容 1. 创作内容： 2021中国（上海）青足赛上海主赛区精彩的赛事与球员生活场景，各线上参赛运动队当地的文化展示（富有地域特色的饮食、服装、节日等等传统文化的介绍分享），其他国家、地区青少年开展足球运动的场景等。 2. 创作要求： a. 大众参赛者：拍摄照片、短视频（3分钟以内）等影像作品，并配以必要的文字介绍，上传到“上海学生体育艺术科技活动平台”（https://www.shsunshine.org/）青足赛活动页面。 b. 特约通讯员：拍摄上海主赛区各球队之间精彩的赛事与球队生活照片、短视频（3分钟以内）等影像作品，并配以必要的文字介绍制作形成图文、视频并茂的“美篇”报道，将美篇链接发送至组委会宣传工作邮箱（qingzusai@163.com），由青足赛宣传报道中心择优进行刊发。特约通讯员所创作的照片、视频需另行上传到“上海学生体育艺术科技活动平台”（https://www.shsunshine.org/）参与青足赛优秀影像作品评审。 3. 作品评审： 所有参赛作品将由组委会组织相关专家进行评审，评选出2021中国（上海）青足赛优秀影像作品一等奖10个、二等奖20个、三等奖若干，符合参赛要求的所有参赛者将获得参与证书。 特约通讯团所创作的媒体报道将按照阅读量评审出最佳青足赛报道10篇。 4. 宣传展示： 所有作品经评审后，选拔优秀作品在2021中国（上海）青足赛官网、上海教育新闻网青足赛专页及其他新闻媒体的新媒体平台进行展示。 所有参选作品及文稿将择优选用于青足赛宣传册。 活动创作产生的照片、视频及文字版权归作者本人及青足赛组委会共同所有。   三、作品规范 1.      摄影作品短边不小于2000像素，文件容量不小于2M，创作时间为2021年。每人限交作品1-5件（组照由4-8张照片组成，计为1件），组照需拼接组合成一个文件； 2.      视频作品尺寸不小于720P，音画清晰稳定，文件格式为MP4，文件容量600兆以内，每人限交作品1-2件； 3.      特约通讯员创作的美篇报道需有明确的报道标题； 4.      特约通讯员创作的美篇报道中涉及本届青足赛活动的摄影照片及短视频需为原创，涉及各地文化相关内容的介绍时允许使用少量的第三方素材，美篇中的摄影作品短边不小于2000像素，视频尺寸不小于720P，美篇中所用照片与视频允许进行一定的艺术处理；   四、活动时间及地点 1. 特约通讯团线下活动时间：2021年7月上旬     地点：上海市嘉定区体育公园，奉贤体育中心 2. 线上活动时间：6月10日-11月30日     作品评审时间：11月20-11月30日     发布奖品时间：12月1日         五、 活动联系人： 新闻宣传部  吴宗律 13817788655 特约学生通讯团许  锋 13701917589  徐音辉 13371891805 The 2021 China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational will be held this summer with a new look. This is an international youth sports event hosted by China in a new form against the backdrop of successful control of the spreading of the COVID-19 Pandemic and normalized prevention and control. With the purpose of enriching and extending the meanings of the 2021 China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational, encouraging the youth to develop interests in football, spreading campus football culture, advocating the spirits of sport, boldness, diligence, and striving for self-transcendence, the 2021 China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational will include a “Let’s All Compete” Football Culture Video-Photo Media Creation Activity. Through this activity, participants will capture the highlight moments in which youth athletes from various countries and regions compete in the game of football with colorful video-photo perspectives. This activity is also a demonstration of the diverse cultural exchanges, communications and convergence taking place both online and offline and among athletes both on and off the courts. I.                   Participants Athletes, managers and coaches who take part in this (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational or have participated in previous ones. Youths who share a love for the sport of football. People from all walks of life who love the sport of football and care about the development of youth football causes. II.                Contents 1.      Contents of Creation: Highlight game moments and life scenes of athletes in the Shanghai main competition area of the 2021 China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational, demonstration of local features of teams participating in online activities (introductions and sharing of traditional culture including exotic food, clothing, and festivals), scenes of youth in football activities from other countries and regions, etc. 2.      Requirements for Creation a.       Mass participants shall make photographs, short video clips (no longer than 3 minutes) and other video-photo pieces, accompanied by necessary introduction in texts, and upload their works to the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational activity website of “Shanghai Students’ Sports, Art and Science Activities Platform” (<a href="https://www.shsunshine.org/">https://www.shsunshine.org</a>). b.      Special correspondents shall make photographs, short video clips (no longer than 3 minutes) and other video-photo pieces demonstrating highlight game moments and life scenes of athletes in the Shanghai main competition area of the 2021 China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational, accompanied by necessary introduction in texts to form well-developed featured reports with pictures, texts, and video clips, and send the links to such featured reports to the email for publicity works of the Organizing Committee (<a href="mailto:qingzusai@163.com">qingzusai@163.com</a>). The publicity and report center of the 2021 China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational will select and publish outstanding pieces. The photos and video clips made by special correspondents shall be uploaded to “Shanghai Students’ Sports, Art and Science Activities Platform” (<a href="https://www.shsunshine.org/">https://www.shsunshine.org</a>) to enroll in the appraisal and selection of outstanding video-photo works of the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational. 3.      Appraisal of Works All the works by participants will go through the appraisal by related experts invited by the Organizing Committee. After a selection process, there will be 10 first prize winners of outstanding video-photo works of 2021 China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational, 20 second prize winners, and a number of third prize winners. All participants meeting enrollment requirements will receive certificates of participation. Among the media featured reports made by special correspondents, 10 best featured reports of China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational will be selected based on numbers of viewing. 4.      Publicity and Display After appraisal and selection, outstanding pieces will be displayed on the official website of the 2021 China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational, the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational featured webpage of Shanghai Education News website, and other news media/ new media platforms. Outstanding pieces and texts will be selected and included in the brochure of the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational. The copyrights of all photos, videos, and texts shall be jointly owned by their creators and the Organizing Committee of the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational. III.             Specifications of Works 1.      The short edge of participating photographs shall be no less than 2000 pixels, the file size of each photograph shall be no less than 2M, and all participating photographs must be shot in 2021. Each person may submit 1 to 5 pieces of work for the competition (each series shall comprise of 4 to 8 photos and be treated as one piece of work). Each photo series shall be stitched into one file; 2.      The resolution of each video clip shall be no less than 720P, both voices and images of which shall be clear and steady. Files shall be in the format of MP4, file size no larger than 600M, and each participant may only submit 1 to 2 pieces; 3.      Featured reports submitted by special correspondents shall have clear titles; 4.      All photographs and video clips included in the featured reports of this year’s China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational by special correspondents must be original. A small amount of materials made by third parties may be included in the featured reports related to local cultures. The short edge of photographs in featured reports shall be no less than 2000 pixels. The resolution of each video clip in such featured reports shall be no less than 720P. Modest artistic processing is allowed for the photos and video clips used in featured reports.
