微视频征集活动

自2015年起中国（上海）国际青少年校园足球邀请赛已连续举办六届，累计共有来自 22个国家的 121 支青少年校园足球队伍参赛，参与人次达数万。为诠释校园足球文化，传播校园足球精神，将开展“2021中国（上海）国际青少年校园足球邀请赛——微视频征集活动”，具体活动方案如下： 一、活动主题 我与足球的情缘 二、活动内容 历年及本年参加青足赛的运动员、领队、教练；喜爱足球运动的广大青少年；热爱足球运动，关心青少年足球发展的社会各界人士。 三、活动要求 （一）作品类型：短视频形式。包括：微电影、纪录片、专题片、创意短片、动画等。 （二）内容要求：作品题目自定，符合活动主题，内容积极向上。形式新颖、结构清晰、内容完整、创意独特。视频须有完整片头、片尾、主创人员名单及字幕等信息，画面内容不得有其他水印。 （三）作品时长：时长不超过8分钟。 （四）作品格式：格式标准为MP4，分辨率不低于1920x1080。 （五）作品原创：作品必须由本人或团队原创，确认拥有作品著作权，严禁剽窃、侵权。 四、活动安排 （一）报名及上传作品时间：6月10日-11月30日，参赛人员可登录中国（上海）国际青少年校园足球邀请赛官网（http://youthfootball.secsa.cn）或上海市学生体育艺术科技教育活动平台（https://www.shsunshine.org）进行注册报名，视频在规定时间内上传至指定平台（https://www.shsunshine.org<a href="http://youthfootball.secsa.cn/"></a>）。 （二）作品评审时间：11月20-11月30日 （三）发布获奖作品及奖项时间：12月1日 五、评选办法及奖项设置 由组委会组织专家组成评审组，对所有作品进行网络评审，评选出最佳作品奖、最佳人气奖、最佳团队奖、最佳创意奖各若干奖项。 六、其他事宜 （一）参加比赛的所有视频版权归参赛者所有，主办方享有使用权，有权对作品进行编辑、传播等； （二）未尽事宜，另行通知。活动最终解释权属2021中国（上海）国际青少年校园足球线上竞赛活动组委会； （三）请关注中国（上海）国际青少年校园足球邀请赛官方网站（<a href="http://youthfootball.secsa.cn/">http://youthfootball.secsa.cn/</a>），了解青足赛线上互动活动的资讯。 Since 2015, 6 consecutive China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational tournaments have been held. A total of 121 youth campus football teams from 22 countries have participated in the tournaments, involving tens of thousands of participants. To display campus football culture and spread the spirits of campus football, the Organizing Committee will organize the “2021 China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational - Micro-video Collection” activity, the detailed plan of which is as follows: I.                   Theme My Love Story with Football II.                Contents Athletes, managers and coaches who take part in this (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational or have participated in previous ones. Youths who share a love for the sport of football. People from all walks of life who love the sport of football and care about the development of youth football causes. Such micro-videos shall uncover stories on and off the courts from different perspectives, demonstrate the athletes’ spirits, the teams’ culture, and fully reflect the appeal of youth displayed by youth campus football teams of various countries. III.             Requirements (1)   Form of works: Short videos such as micro-videos, documentaries, featured videos, creative short videos, and animated short videos. (2)   Content requirement: Titles of works shall be decided by the producers. The theme of works shall conform to that of this activity and convey positive values. The works shall be of novel forms, clear structures, complete contents, and distinctive creativities. Each video shall have a complete title at the beginning and credit in the end. There shall be information of members of the production crew and subtitles. Images with irrelevant watermarks are not allowed. (3)   Work Lengths: No longer than 8 minutes. (4)   Work Formats: Standard format is MP4, with resolution no lower than 1920 x 1080. (5)   Work Originality: Works must be produced by the contestant him/herself or his/her group. Contestants must ensure they have copyrights of their works. Plagiarism and infringement are strictly prohibited.  IV.             Arrangements (1)   Time for signing up and uploading of works: June 10, 2021 to November 30. Videos shall be uploaded to the designated platform (<a href="http://youthfootball.secsa.cn/">http://youthfootball.secsa.cn/</a>) within the time limit (2)   Time for reviewing and appraisal of works: ANovember 20, 2021 to November 30 (3)   Time for announcement of winners and awards: December 1 V.                Appraisal and Selection Methods, and Awards Setting The Organizing Committee shall establish a team of experts to act as the Appraisal Panel. The Appraisal Panel shall appraise all works online and select the Best Work, Most Popular Work, Best Team, Best Creativity, and winners of other awards. VI.             Other Matters (1)   Copyrights of all videos enrolled in this competition shall belong to the contestants. The organizer shall enjoy the right to use such videos and are entitled to edit and broadcast them; (2)   All matters not covered by this plan shall be notified separately.
