特约学生通讯团成员招募

<p> 招募对象:本市4-11年级在校学生。 </p> <p> 招募人数:40人 </p> <p> 招募要求:有一定的摄影、摄像、影像后期处理和文字写作能力,有吃苦耐劳的精神,善于交流沟通,外语能力优异者优先。 </p> <p> 报名途径:有意者请登录“上海学生体育艺术科技活动平台”青足赛活动专页(<a href="https://www.shsunshine.org/">https://www.shsunshine.org/</a>)进行报名,并将本人近期摄影作品5幅或视频短片1部或文字报道2篇、个人近期生活照一张打包成一个文件上传。 </p> <p> 报名时间:2021年6月10日-11月30日。 </p> <p> 主办方将组织相关专家进行评审,并于6月25日在“上海学生体育艺术科技活动平台”(https://www.shsunshine.org/)公布招募录取名单。 </p> <p> 活动概况: </p> <p> 1. 入选学生特约通讯团的学生,将获得由青足赛组委会颁发的证书; </p> <p> 2. 组委会将安排专家老师在活动前对团员开展5课时的安全教育和采访报道培训; </p> <p> 3. 根据团员能力特长组建若干报道小组,每组中有摄影或摄像2人,文字采编1人;每个小组自选组长1人,协调安排每日采访任务并完成美篇报道编撰; </p> <p> 4. 通讯团成员将全程参与4天活动,每天上午8:00在上海市科技艺术教育中心(中山西路1247号)集合,乘坐大巴前往嘉定赛区开展采访创作活动,并于当日18:00返回出发地; </p> <p> 5. 通讯团成员可以在其余时间以线上形式采访外国、外地及嘉定赛区的球员、带队老师等,并完成报道任务; </p> <p> 6. 报道小组成员应互帮互助,共同完成媒体报道所需的摄影、视频拍摄及文字撰写和最终的美篇报道; </p> <p> 7. 青足赛组委会将为每位团员购买人身保险,并有专职老师带队开展活动; </p> <p> 8. 青足赛组委会将为每位团员提供交通及餐饮; </p> <p> 9. 本活动为公益性活动,不收取任何费用。 </p> <p> <br /> </p> <p> <br /> </p> <p> Recruitment Target: Students between the fourth and the eleventh grade in Shanghai. </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> Number of Special Correspondents Recruited: 40 </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> Requirements for New Recruits: New recruits shall possess considerable competence in photography, video shooting, post-processing of images and videos, and copywriting techniques. New recruits shall also be able to endure hardships, diligent, good at communications, and preferably fluent in foreign languages. </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> Means of Signing-up: Interested students may log on to the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational activity website of “Shanghai Students’ Sports, Art and Science Activities Platform” (<a href="https://www.shsunshine.org/">https://www.shsunshine.org</a>) for signing up and shall upload 5 of his/her recent photographic works, 1 recently self-made video , or 2 self-written reports. </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> Time for Signing-up: June 10, 2021 to November 30, 2021. </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> The Organizing Committee shall invite experts to appraise and select. The list of selected new recruits will be announced on June 20 on “Shanghai Students’ Sports, Art and Science Activities Platform” (<a href="https://www.shsunshine.org/">https://www.shsunshine.org</a>). </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> General Introduction of the Activities of the Group of Special Correspondents </p> <p> &nbsp; </p> <p> 1. Students selected as Special Correspondents will be awarded certificates issued by the Organizing Committee of the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational; </p> <p> 2. The Organizing Committee will invite experts to give special correspondents a 5-class-hour training session on safety and interviewing/reporting skills; </p> <p> 3. According to the specialties of special correspondents, different reporting teams shall be established. There will be 2 photographers/ video cameramen and 1 interviewer/ text editor in each team. One leader shall be selected for each team to coordinate and arrange daily interviewing tasks and completion of compiling of featured reports; </p> <p> 4. Special correspondents shall participate in the activities of all 4 days. They shall gather at Shanghai Educational Center for Science and Art (No. 1247, West Zhongshan Road) at 8:00 every morning and travel to the competition areas in Jiading by coach to conduct interviewing and creation of news pieces. They will be sent back to Shanghai Educational Center for Science and Art every evening at 18:00; </p> <p> 5. Special correspondents may also interview athletes and team officials overseas, in other provinces, or in the competition areas in Jiading online at different hours, and complete reporting tasks; </p> <p> 6. Members of each reporting team shall work closely together and help each other so that they would be able to finish the photographing, video-shooting, text drafting, and compiling of final featured reports; </p> <p> 7. The Organizing Committee of the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational will purchase life insurances for each special correspondent and assign full-time mentors to lead each team in activities; </p> <p> 8. The Organizing Committee of the China (Shanghai) International Youth Football Invitational will provide transportation means and food &amp; beverages to special correspondents; </p> 9.
